Polyamide 66 (Nylon 66)
Nylon 66 is an engineering resin used in applications requiring good mechanical, thermal and chemical properties. It has a higher melting point and slightly higher mechanical properties compared to nylon 6. It is available in a variety of formulations including unfilled, glass reinforced, mineral reinforced as well as with mixed reinforcement and special fillers.
