Polyamide 9T (Nylon 9T)

Specially designed long-chain polyphthalamides (PPA) that combine a low water absorption and excellent mechanical properties over a broad temperature range. Key features are: Mechanical properties at high temperature, low water absorption, outstanding fuel barrier, heat resistance, a low friction coefficient, low wear, chemical resistance, long term heat resistance, high reflectivity, less color change caused by heat and light and high flowability.
